Nutrition Counseling
All clients will meet with me for an initial session to review your past medical history, lifestyle, nutrition goals, and more.
You will receive a copy of your goals and applicable handouts at the end of each session.
Follow-up sessions vary in frequency depending on the client.

You struggle with an eating disorder or disordered eating and want help healing.

You want help navigating nutrition fads.
You worry your adolescent has an eating disorder and seek an RD as part of their treatment team.
You are tired of figuring out what to eat everyday or what to buy at the market.
You want to cook more (and/or cut down on food expenses).
You would like to follow a more environmentally sustainable diet.
